Perched within the prestigious Amber Point development, this sprawling apartment redefines modern urban living through a sophisticated "aero-contour" design language. Envisioned by the creative minds at Marque Studio and brought to life with flawless precision by Ngieng Spatial Design, the residence seamlessly marries high-performance aesthetics with the comforts of a luxury home.
The aero-contour style takes center stage through the home's architectural geometry. Moving away from rigid, sharp angles, the interior features sweeping parallel lines, soft radiused corners, and beautifully curved bulkheads that mimic the fluid dynamics of aerospace engineering. This continuous flow of forms not only enhances the visual transition between rooms but also optimizes the sense of spatial abundance, drawing the eye toward the apartment's expansive coastal views.
Marque Studio’s curated material palette balances futuristic sleekness with organic warmth. Matte engineered surfaces, integrated linear lighting recesses, and brushed metallic accents evoke a high-end aviation lounge, while rich tactile fabrics and subtle stone textures ground the spaces in residential comfort. Every bespoke element, from the floating media console to the curved kitchen island, reinforces the aerodynamic narrative.
The execution of these complex, flowing geometries required extraordinary craftsmanship, delivered seamlessly by Ngieng Spatial Design. Translating curved blueprints into structural reality demands absolute precision.
