This home is unashamedly industrial, and is a prime example of the result of working with the space rather than against it. Instead of concealing its imperfections, we built on its rawness by preserving its existing windows, and by including other industrial elements into the space.

 

Concrete-effect tiles and exposed wire casings further reinforces the space’s loyalty to the theme, with the only deviation being in the kitchen, where it maintains a similarly functional appearance carefully curated to contrast yet complement the rest of the space.
