Modern condos are generally on the smaller side. You’ll need to be smart with packaging to enable its owners to live without much compromise. They also come with included carpentry, and it can be difficult to select materials and finishes that complement what was given by the developer.

 

We’ve added a fluted panel feature wall with a TV cabinet into the living area - but with a twist. Both bedrooms feature platform beds with integrated storage options, with the junior bedroom even packing an attached, built-in study desk and storage cabinet for extra practicality!
